Mentor of the Year competition
The purpose of the contest is to create conditions for the development of the mentoring institute: to identify and support the country's best mentors in production, education, social and public activities, state and municipal service, to create conditions for scaling and replication of the best mentoring practices.
The organizers of the contest are the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
Representatives of Roscosmos State Corporation are members of the Mentoring Coordination Council, broadcasting the best practices of their organizations and participating in the development concept.
