Learning Olympiad in Informatics for 5th-11th Grades from Yandex Textbook

Yandex Textbook has announced an online olympiad in computer science for pupils of grades 5-11. It will be held from February 6 to April 10, 2024.

You can register for the Olympiad either from your school or on your own.

The competition will be held in two rounds. The first round consists of three blocks. First, we will have to solve logic tasks, rover programming in the Blockly visual environment and Python tasks. The second round is creative. Its participants will try to create an analytical dashboard - an interactive information model Yandex DataLens, which visually presents, explains and analyzes data.

The winners of the second round will receive diplomas, as well as prizes: Yandex Stations, Yandex Plus subscription and souvenirs from Yandex Tutorial.

All participants will receive certificates and winners will receive diplomas. In addition, participants and winners of the second round of the Olympiad can get additional points to the USE when entering universities.

The Olympiad is included in the list of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for the 2023-2024 academic year. The partner is the competition of digital portfolios "NTI Talent" of the NTI Circle Movement.
