The winners of the finals of the VI "Jet Propulsion" rocket-building championship were determined
On May 10, the final of the sixth All-Russian championship "Reactive Movement", organized by the project "Volt Brothers" with the support of the State Corporation "Roscosmos", the Research Institute of Mechanics of Moscow State University, the company "Innopraktika", the Kirzhach District Administration and the Kirzhach printing house, was completed on the base of the Kirzhach District of the Vladimir Region.
Thirty-seven teams from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad region, Krasnoyarsk region, Tomsk region, Tver region, Novosibirsk region, Perm region, Rostov region, Krasnodar region, Sverdlovsk region and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug took part in the championship final.
In total, more than 450 people participated in this year's rocket championship.
During the final of the championship about seventy solid-propellant and hydropneumatic rockets were launched from the airfield of the flight-testing complex of the Research Institute of Parachute Building.
Based on the results of their project defenses on May 9, the winners and runners-up were determined and received commemorative prizes from the championship partners. They will also be able to get additional points to the USE for their individual achievements.

"It was a difficult year in terms of organization, as we had to change the venue of the championship almost within a month, but thanks to the hospitality of the Kirzhachsky district, everything went as comfortably as possible for both participants and organizers. Of course, now everyone is overflowing with emotions, and on Monday schoolchildren will return to schools and students to universities, but we believe that in each of the participants there will be some residual deformation that allows them to create something new" - commented Anton Rogachev, a leading engineer of the Research Institute of Mechanics of Moscow State University, the head of the rocket championship
