The competition aims to support a wide range of project activities, including the organization of contests, festivals, online activities, gatherings and other events.
The contest is open to schools, colleges, theaters, art houses, youth and children's public associations, universities, libraries, museums, as well as other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Examples of activities that can be supported include: sports competitions, environmental actions, career guidance fairs, creative festivals, media intensives, family picnics, robotics competitions, camping trips, theater productions and volunteer activities.
The grant fund of the contest is 1.4 billion rubles. The amount of support ranges from 300,000 rubles to 15 million.
