Student design bureau competition from the Ministry of Education and Science - submit your design bureau by March 7

Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation announced the selection of student design bureaus (SDBs). This is a chance for teams of students, schoolchildren, young engineers and researchers to receive subsidies for the development of their projects.The competition is held in two areas:

Establishment and development of SCBs - for those who want to launch or strengthen the work of the office.

Student Design Leadership is for SCBs that are already active and ready to take it to the next level.

What is SCB?
These are associations where undergraduates, graduate students, postgraduates, young engineers and schoolchildren develop real projects in the field of technology and scientific research.

Main areas of work:

• Artificial intelligence and robotics

• 3D printing and prototyping

• Aircraft modeling and drones

• Radio electronics and instrumentation

• Programming and IT

Machine Tool Building and Industrial Design For 2023-2024, there are 676 SKBs in Russian universities, employing more than 107,000 students. 213 bureaus already have patented inventions!
