Russia's first hackathon on walking robots: "People and Robots"
Register for the hackathon until October 15 here: https://voltbro.ru/robohack
If you're strong in robotics and want to compete against equally powerful teams, participate in the walking robot hackathon!
This was possible because there are no areas in the robot dog "MORS" developed at Brothers Bolt where the team's Voltbro will not be able to provide technical support in terms of hardware or software.
The theme of the hackathon was the age-old dilemma of "Humans and Robots," meaning that teams will develop scenarios in which a robot dog will react to human behavior. For this purpose, the robot is equipped with a camera, an array with microphones, a touch screen, speakers and four legs capable of realizing movements.
The hackathon itself will be held at the Research Institute of Mechanics of Moscow State University from November 8 to 10. During the hackathon, teams will be provided with food and equipment. Each of the 10 selected teams will be given a MORS robot dog, as well as access to 3D printers, a laser cutting machine, and soldering areas.
Prize fund: 100 000 rubles.
